Fresh cheese and dairy products. David and Samuel Gadoury are reputed for their low-temperature pasteurized and unhomogenized milk. GMO-free sustainable agriculture. Natural milk (no hormones, antibiotics or pesticides) and quality ingredients are the foundation of the farm’s cheeses, yogurts and milk, produced using old-fashioned methods with the cream at the top.
