As part of its Prestige & Heritage Series, GSI Musique and Oziko present Ferland Symphonique; a grand and vibrant tribute created on the work of the Little King, the one and only Jean-Pierre Ferland. This great musical adventure will come to life thanks to the symphonic arrangements by Blair Thomson and will be performed by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, under the direction of conductor Alain Trudel. Elements of scenography and staging will be announced soon… and in the spirit of the artist he was, it will be filled with poetry. A great poet and builder, Jean-Pierre Ferland has woven bridges between lyrical songs and popular culture, which is why it is important to celebrate his exceptional legacy.
