From September to April, the MEM and the Laboratory of History and Heritage of Montreal at UQAM invite you to meet once a month to explore civic engagement in history and heritage. Historical societies and heritage organizations from Montreal will be at the museum to share their missions, expertise, and actions: the production of historical knowledge, dissemination and mediation of knowledge, participation in cultural and community life, or actions for the protection of heritage. Come discover them, engage in conversation with their members… and why not get involved!
