Maison Jos-Hébert

One of the most well-known and well-liked figures in the history of the coast, Joseph Hébert was just 15 when he settled in the Lower North Shore region, and he spent the next 40 or so years transporting mail the 724-km (450-mi.) stretch from Havre Saint Pierre to Blanc-Sablon by dogsled.
