Starting as an artisanal doughnut shop, Dora Artisanal Bakery has become a must-visit destination for food lovers, adding over 250 baked goods, pastries, and prepared meals made with local ingredients to its shop, as well as a diverse selection of local gourmet groceries. Everything from breakfast to dinner, for a truly indulgent experience!
Dora has preserved the original recipes of its founder – Madame Aldora Bolduc (Dora) – to create fresh, handmade products daily, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Our treats are presented in a shop that was once the small one-room schoolhouse in Eastman. The building still retains its original charm from 1876.
