Tshiuetin Rail Transportation Inc. operates some 200 kilometres (125 miles) of railway line connecting Sept-Îles, Emeril (Labrador) and Schefferville. Tshiuetin means “north wind” and is the first railroad in Canada’s history to be First Nations owned and operated.
