Set out on the Châteauguay River from Ormstown for a 26 km intermediate one-way route. This 8.5-hour paddling trip includes a moving-water section featuring Class II (R2) rapids, making it ideal for paddlers seeking a moderate challenge. As you travel through picturesque agricultural landscapes, you’ll enjoy a rewarding adventure immersed in the natural beauty of the region.This project was made possible through the Saint Lawrence Action Fund (FASL) and its Maritime Tributaries Program, coordinated by the Quebec Watershed Organizations Network (ROBVQ), with financial support from the Government of Quebec as part of Avantage Saint-Laurent, Quebec’s maritime vision.
