Circuits de Lanaudière’s 40 km purple circuit is perfect for an afternoon cycling getaway. This signposted route passes through a number of municipalities with varied landscapes, from agricultural fields to mountain scenery. Accessible and enjoyable, it combines the pleasure of riding with local discoveries. Extend the experience by stopping off at an agritourism business along the way: a fine balance between sport and regional flavors.The loop circuit, with a vertical drop of around 243 m, is ideal for a 2 h to 2 h 30 outing. The route is mainly on asphalt country roads, with no separate cycle path. Suitable for beginner to intermediate cyclists, it includes a few gentle climbs.
